How long should you bulk for?

 Hello family♥️ In this post I am going to talk about the most confusing question i.e. How long should you bulk for? Bulking is the process of gaining weight with muscles. There is two types of bulking: 1.) Dirty bulking 2.) Clean bulking # Dirty bulking: Dirty bulking is the process of gaining weight with lots of fat. I have already written about dirty bulking you can check it here: DIRTY BULKING # Clean bulking: Clean bulking is the process of gaining weight with small amount of fat and large amount of muscles. I have already written about clean bulking you check it here: CLEAN BULKING # How long should you bulk for? Bulking totally depends on you, you can bulk for 1 months or even for a year. But according to me, you should bulk till your body fat percentage crosses 20% and then start a mini cutting and bring your body fat percentage to 15% and then repeat this cycle again. This will maintain your physique and will not allow to accumulate fat in your body.

            Bulking simply refers to get bulked up to look bigger, stronger and muscular. Bulking is the most common practice done by every fitness freak to make them more muscular and stronger. Like fat loss, cutting, shredding, weight loss, etc the bulking also depends on calorie in and calorie out cycle. If you consume more calories above your maintenance calories than you are going to bulk. IN A SIMPLE WAY: Calories In > Calories Out = Bulking Calories In should be greater than Calories Out for bulking.
