These foods are really very handy and are loaded with lots of calories and with healthy fats, proteins and carbs.
First of all I want to clear the misconception about fats. Many people thinks that eating fat will provide negative impact on their body but that is not the truth. Truth is eating healthy unsaturated fats is good and it helps to increase the testosterone level of our body and hence, increase muscle mass.
Now, lets come to the 5 super foods to eat during bulking:
1.) Peanuts:
Peanuts are really a great super food as it is loaded with lots of calories and with healthy amount of fat and yes, it is also loaded with proteins.
Take it as snack.
50gram of peanuts contains something around 280-300 calories.
Macros for 50gram peanuts:
Protein: 12g
Fats: 24g
Carbs: 08g
Fibre: 04g
2.) Bananas:
Bananas are really a great super food as it is loaded with nice amount of calories.
Per 100gram of bananas i.e 1 banana contain 100 calories. Consume 4 bananas during bulking. Bananas are loaded with great amount of carbs so just take 2 bananas before your workout and it will provide you energy for 90 minutes of intense workout.
