Today I am going to talk about how you can prepare a cheap and healthy bulking shake which contains 1000+ calories and is very helpful for you if you are doing any type of bulking i.e. clean bulking or dirty bulking.

Bulking shake is a shake made within 5 to 10 minutes and is loaded with large amount of calories.
As, the shake contains a huge amount of calories so, it is advisable to take it in two sittings i.e divide the shake in two equal halves and then consume them in 2 to 3 hours gap.
